For over 25 years, I’ve worked with leaders navigating complexity and sustained pressure—often at moments when clarity, momentum, and sound judgment begin to erode.
My work is steady and directional. I focus on how attention, emotion, and energy shape decisions in real time—because when these stabilize, thinking sharpens, communication becomes precise, and forward movement regains traction.
